Shipping policy
Order Processing & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been confirmed and the product is in stock, it will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Generally, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Local Calgary: 1-2 business days
Western Canada: 1-7 business days
Eastern Canada: 4-7 business days for major cities, 7-10 business days for rural areas
Yukon, Nunavut & NWT: 7-15 business days
Please contact our order fulfillment team if you require expedited shipping options that are not otherwise available at checkout.
In-Store Pickup
Please note that all locations will be closed June 21–July 20, 2026. In-store pickup is temporarily unavailable; all online orders will ship as usual.
We offer free in-store pickup at our Ski West Mountain Division location (between May-September, pickup is available at our Kensington location). This option is available at checkout. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1-4 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready – please wait for this confirmation before coming in.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been packed and prepared for courier pick up. Tracking status will update once scanned by the courier. If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us.
Canada Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $99 within Canada (excluding remote provinces — see below)
Skis, snowboards, and oversized items ship at a flat-rate of $40 CAD via our preferred carriers (UPS and Purolator).
Remote provinces and territories (YT, NWT, NU, NL, NS, NB, PE) ship at live carrier-calculated rates — flat-rate shipping is not available for these destinations
Peace of mind with shipment insurance: For your protection, the following orders are automatically insured for their full declared value:

United States Shipping
U.S. orders ship at a flat-rate of $50 via our preferred carriers (UPS and Purolator). Please note the following before placing a U.S. order:
All shipments to the U.S., regardless of order value, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and processing fees determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These are not included in your order total at checkout.
As the importer of record, you are responsible for paying any applicable fees directly to the carrier upon delivery.
No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for packages abandoned due to unpaid customs fees.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for U.S. orders at this time.
International Shipping (Outside North America)

Shipment Responsibility
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Damages or losses in transit are generally outside our control — however, we do care. Please reach out and our team will do everything we can to help you track your package or file a claim.
Out of Stock/Backordered Items
We do our best to keep all items in stock, but demand can occasionally exceed supply. If an item backordered, you will be contacted with an updated ETA or an alternative. If neither is available, a full refund will be issued.
If your order qualified for free shipping, and one or more items is out of stock, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees - we will honour the original shipping rate.
Conserve, Repurpose, Recycle!
In an effort to promote sustainability, we reuse and recycle shipping boxes whenever possible. As a result, your order may arrive in a box that was previously used for a different product.
