All price match requests must meet the following conditions:

  • If you find a product purchased from Ski West (online or in-store) priced lower by a competitor, or if the product has been decreased on our website or in store within 7 days of purchase, we will refund your Ski West account the difference in store credit. For any post-purchase price matches we will deduct any free services provided to you at the time of purchase (i.e. mounting services, boot fit packages, heat molds, etc.). Any freebies or giveaways will be deducted from a post-purchase price match.

 

  • We only consider price matches from Canadian competitors. Our team must be able to verify the price on the competitor's website. If the competitor charges a shipping fee, we will factor in this cost.

 

  • The product must be identical in model, size, color, and year of fabrication. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor at the time and price you requested. Out-of-stock products will not be considered.

 

Exclusions

Ski West does not price match the following:

  • Junior ski & snowboard equipment.
  • Products that are marked down 40% off or more by a competitor.
  • Products $75 MSRP or less.
  • Items purchased from Ski West at 30% off or more.
  • Online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Last Hunt, Evo, Bobleisure, etc.).
  • Competitors offering clearance, blowout, or liquidation sales.
  • Competitor pricing that violates MAP policies, or pricing errors.
  • Competitor shipping rates

 

The Fine Print

  • Price-matched products are not covered by our Love Your Ski Guarantee or Boot Fit Guarantee.
  • If your price match request is approved, we do not include free services such as binding mounts, ski prep, or hot wax.
  • In-store price match requests will not be considered or accepted on Holidays and Boxing Day

 

We reserve the right to exclude free shipping and decline price match requests at our discretion.
