Wash Instructions

IMPORTANT: Do not use conventional detergents. Use undiluted Down Wash.Direct to treat stubborn stains before washing. Remove all non-washable parts.

Front Loading Machine Wash:
1. Remove all detergent build-up from the detergent dispenser.
2. Place maximum of 2 garments in washing machine.
3. Add 3.5fl oz/100ml
4. Select a normal cycle using warm/cold water, slow spin and extra rinse if possible.

Industrial, laundromat size machine:

Sleeping bags:
1. Remove all detergent build-up from the detergent dispenser.
2. Place maximum of 1 item in washing machine.
3. Select a normal cycle using warm/cold water, slow spin and extra rinse if possible.
4. for 26lb/12kg machines use 8.5fl oz/250ml. For larger 55lb/25kg machines use 17fl oz/500ml.

Hand Wash (use gloves):
1. For 1 item: Add 3.5fl oz/100ml to 3-4gal/12-15L of warm water.
2. Immerse item and agitate to mix, ensuring complete wetting.
3. Leave to soak for 5-10 minutes, then agitate thoroughly.
4. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear.

Drying: Slow spin dry multiple times. Dry on air only, or low heat setting. Teasing apart clumps re-peatedly during drying process will help restore loft to the down.
