The C.A.S. fit system gives you the ability to truly customize your ski boot for an absolute personal fit. The anatomical shape of the liner and shell are the key to a great out-of-the-box fit. The closer the liner and shell match the natural shape of the foot, the better the fit and performance will be.

T-Drive 2.0

Tecnica's T-Drive 2.0 is a two-piece mechanism that actively connects the shell and cuff. Its dynamic design allows the cuff to slightly rotate at the front, enhancing power transmission to the skier’s forefoot—where it matters most. This innovative system reduces shell deformation, delivering a consistent and progressive flex regardless of temperature. With T-Drive 2.0, skiers gain greater control and freedom to harness the boot’s full potential.

Flex Code: 110 (Intermediate-Advanced)

Ski West Fit Description: Even the lower flex codes of the Mach1 boot are very stiff and responsive, thanks in large part to the T-Drive system. For lighter advanced skiers, this 110 flex could be more than enough. Tecnica's fit is all about performance. Some riders may find a perfect out of box feel, whereas some may need targeted adjustments with the C.A.S system.
