Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How to Return an Item

In order to return an item, you must obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). All items must be in their original packaging, unused condition, with tags still attached, and must be returned within 30 days of your purchase. We do not provide return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Final sale/clearance/price-matched items are not eligible for return.
  1. Log in to your account. If you did not create an account, simply register for one with the same email address you used to place the order.
  2. Navigate to your “Orders” to request a refund. A member from our team will review the request, and email you with the return details and RMA #.
  3. Mail your returned item to:

  1. The RMA # and original receipt must be included with your package.

Refunds

Once your return arrives to our shipping department, our team will inspect the item(s), and you can expect to see a refund processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to be visible on your statement.
 
Though a rare occurrence, Ski West reserves the right to issue a refund in the form of store credit at our discretion.
 
If there are C.O.D. duty or tariff charges on returned U.S. packages, these fees will be subtracted from the refund.

Exchanges

We are unable to provide direct exchanges for online orders. Therefore, we strongly suggest placing another order for the product you wish to exchange, as this will ensure availability and speed up the process while we wait for the return package to arrive.
 
For in-store exchanges, items must be in their original packaging, unused condition, with tags still attached. Bring your original order number, and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Undeliverable Packages

Any items sent back to us due to undeliverable, refusal, incomplete address, or unclaimed, will be refunded less the cost of shipping both ways.

The Following Items Cannot be Returned or Exchanged:

  • Discounted items 30% or more
  • Items marked "FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE"
  • Skis that have been mounted w/ bindings
  • Discounted ski boots purchased online as part of any Ski West promotion or online sale
  • Price-matched items
  • Gift cards purchases
