Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help! Online order returns can be requested within 30 days from the date you received your purchased item(s). In-store purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: 

  • Discounted items 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Skis that have been mounted with bindings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Discounted ski boots purchased online as part of any Ski West promotion or online sale are considered final sale.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Clothing and accessories must be unused and free of any stains, odor, makeup or pet hair.
  • Gift cards purchases are final sale

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. To start any return or exchange process, please log in to your skiwest.ca account. If you did not create an account, simply register for one with the same email address you used to place the order.
    • Navigate to your "Orders"
    • Select the item(s) you would like to return. Please indicate your reason for the return, and note any quality issues (if applicable).
    • If your return is approved, we will and send you an RMA Number and instructions on how and where to send your return package.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
      • *If any customs, duties, and/or taxes are due when the returned product(s) arrives at our warehouse, these charges will be deducted from the refund.

 

Where is my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after your returned package has arrived at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

  • If you paid by credit card or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • If you paid by Interac E-Transfer, and E-Transfer refunds will be sent to the email you used to place the order within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact [email protected] if you have not received your refund within this timeframe.
  • Ski West reserves the right to issue a refund in the form of store credit at any time at our discretion.

 

Where can I find my RMA #?

  • We will provide you with the RMA # once your refund or exchange has been approved. It can be viewed on your account dashboard, or it will be emailed to you directly.

 

Additional information:
  • If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or failure to retrieve signature and the package is sent back to us, we will issue a refund less a $40 CAD restocking fee.
