The Blue Ski was designed to make the uphill quick and easy, and the downhill fun and reliable. Paradise didn't want to just design an extremely light touring ski; Paradise needed to ensure that this ski could handle any conditions you might encounter in the backcountry. Full length UHMWPE sidewalls absorb chatter, ensure seamless power transfer, and absorb impacts. The sintered bases are quick and durable, while the full wrap edges give you confidence to shred in any conditions. The rocker-camber-rocker profile floats through deep powder and makes turn initiation a breeze. The 104 mm waist, combined with a medium-stiff flex, makes this the perfect backcountry ski. It will allow you to flow through the powder, confidently dig deep into your turns, and pop off any features you find, making for one FUN ride! 

Construction

FEATHER-LITE CORE

Light and stiff, paulownia strips are laminated at 45 degrees to create an incredibly light and stiff core. To increase stiffness and add damping, two strips of aluminum are integrated into the core from tip to tail.

CARBON FIBRE

Multiple layers of carbon fibre running from tip to tail keep this ski ultra-light - yet stiff enough to toss around on hard-pack.

HRC 48 EXTRA THICK METAL EDGES

The hardest edge material out there! These extra thick edges hold strong on hard pack and protect your skis when you need it most.

UHMWPE SIDEWALLS

Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene sidewalls reduce ski weight and chatter, while increasing overall ski stiffness and toughness.

ANTI-ICE TOPSHEETS

The thickest and toughest topsheets on the market! Designed for impact resistance, this textured topsheet sheds ice and snow keeping your skis feeling light.
