Titanal Y-Beam
Titanal has long been used in high-end skis for its ability to deliver a damp, stable ride at high speeds and on varied terrain. However, Y-Beam technology takes this a step further, offering significantly enhanced performance tuning. The Y-shaped prongs positioned over the edges in the ski’s shovel ensure precise and powerful turn initiation, while the narrower metal shape in the tail provides support for aggressive charging, yet remains maneuverable, forgiving, and easy to release from turns. Titanal Y-Beam technology is featured on the Mindbender 108Ti, Mindbender 99Ti, Mindbender 89Ti, Mindbender 99Ti W, and Mindbender 89Ti W skis.
Correct Flex
Eliminates the overly stiff mid-section typically found on shorter lengthed skis. K2 addresses this with an insert that leaves a smooth, consistent flex profile optimized on every size from longest to shortest.
All-Terrain Rocker
Gradual rise in the tip with a short, low section in the tail for greater versatility in all conditions.
