The Atomic Hawx Prime XTD 110 BOA GW blends lightweight touring features with robust downhill performance, making it an ideal medium-flex freeride touring boot for mid-volume feet. It incorporates next-gen Prolite construction, with key reinforcements for added strength during descents. The BOA® Fit System dial allows for micro-adjustments in both directions, providing a custom fit for the lower foot. The Mimic Gold liner is pre-shaped for your foot and ankle and features heat-moldable Mimic Technology for a personalized fit. You can further customize the cuff and shell with in-store Memory Fit. For uphill climbs, the Free/Lock 4.5 system securely locks the cuff to the shell and offers adjustable forward lean, while a 54º cuff rotation ensures natural, unhindered movement. The GripWalk Sole is compatible with MN, MNC, and pin bindings. With a 100mm last, this medium-volume boot is ready for adventures beyond the boundary.
Features
Memory Fit – Advanced heat-fitting technology creates a fully personalized shell, cuff and liner in minutes. The key is Memolink, Atomic's special additive that improves the moldability and stretch of their plastics. Expansion can be up to 6mm forefoot width and up to 10mm ankle width, resulting in a permanent and complete anatomical fit in minutes. See your bootfitter for details.
Adaptive Fit System (AFS) – A cuff shim adjusts for smaller calves and installs/is removed without tools.
Mimic Gold Liner – Achilles flex zone, 3D ankle and heel, 3D stretch toe box, Dura Shield
True Flex Polyurethane – Specially formulated PU is more stable during temperature fluctuations, making the flex more uniform in all conditions.
Prolite Construction – Instead of starting with a standard construction and cutting material away to save weight, Prolite does the opposite. It starts with the slimmest possible profile and then it builds up reinforcements in key areas where strength is needed.
