The Atomic Hawx Prime 120 S GW delivers the same high performance as the Hawx Prime 130 but with a slightly softer flex. This precision all-mountain boot combines the Legendary Hawx Feel with a medium width for a comfortable fit. Featuring a 100mm last, it offers impressive stability thanks to Prolite—a cutting-edge lightweight shell construction with added reinforcements in key areas. The Mimic Platinum liner can be molded to your foot's exact shape, and Power Shift allows for fine-tuning of forward lean and flex. Cantable GripWalk Grip Pads provide enhanced traction for walking while maintaining the power transfer of a standard alpine sole. Ideal for strong all-mountain skiers who want all-day comfort and the ability to push their limits, this boot is designed to elevate your performance.
Features
Memory Fit – Advanced heat-fitting technology creates a fully personalized shell, cuff and liner in minutes. The key is Memolink, Atomic's special additive that improves the moldability and stretch of their plastics. Expansion can be up to 6mm forefoot width and up to 10mm ankle width, resulting in a permanent and complete anatomical fit in minutes. See your bootfitter for details.
Adaptive Fit Cuff System – These boots come with a special spoiler in the back of the cuff. If you want a classic, cozy fit around the calf you can just leave the spoiler in. If you want more volume you can take the spoiler out. This makes the boot cuff slightly lower at the back, more tuliped and more open (equivalent to one cuff size larger). It's quick, easy and you don't need tools.
Energy Backbone – Reinforced along the lines of force at the rear of the cuff
True Flex – Atomic's unique True Flex additive helps PU and Grilamid shells maintain a consistent flex and feel in a wide variety of temperatures.
Mimic Platinum Liner – Improved with Power Ankle Lock (PAL) construction, 3D Stretch Toe, Thinsulate™ insulation, and Adaptive Fit System (AFS) Tongue
3D Stretch Toe Box – Asymmetrically shaped for left and right, the new 3D Stretch Toe Box takes first fit and customization potential to the next level. Its ‘Big Toe Friendly’ construction maximizes the liner’s available length allowing for a little extra stretch when important millimeters are required to achieve the perfect fit.
Power Ankle Lock (PAL) – A thicker, better defined area of foam around the malleolus to increase heel and ankle retention
Adaptive Fit System (AFS) Tongue – Adjustable for height with a simple Velcro attachment
3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation – Keeps feet warm and responsive even in extremely cold and damp conditions.
Prolite – Instead of starting with a standard construction and cutting material away to save weight, Prolite does the opposite. It starts with the slimmest possible profile and then builds up reinforcements in key areas where strength is needed - like the Energy Backbone down each boot spine.
Last: 100 mm – Designed for average width feet with average and slightly taller insteps.
